Café, Toy Shop & Gift Shop

The Café is unfortunately closed Wednesday 17th July due to unforeseen circumstances.

It will reopen daily from 10am to 5pm from Thursday 18th.

Located next to the Information Office is the Café. Prior to stocking delicious cakes, cold drinks, ice lollies and warm meals, the building was the stable block and the Dome was a midden! This served the Castle and estate homes until the turn of 20th Century and with changing lifestyles found its new use in 1977 when the Country Centre opened.

The Toy Shop is open daily from 11am to 4pm.

Located with a great view across to the Isle of Cumbrae the Toy Shop is the number 1 place for kids!

Why not check out toys for inquiring minds such like crystal growing kits or a magnifying glass?

Maybe imaginary worlds are more your thing and you’d like a fairy wishing jar or a knights archery kit?

Perhaps nature is your jam and you’d be interested in a brickset tractor or a bird glider?

The Toy Shop is also the new entrance to the Playbarn!
